Memorial Day is usually a big weekend in our family to do some major projects. In 2004 we put a new roof on our house. In 2008 we help Dan & Sally put a deck on their house and 2009 Tim's deck was in progress.
It seem like every year, but really it is about every 3, Jim power washes the deck and it has to be restained and this is the year it has to be done.
It looks so nice after he is done. Now it is my job to stain it.

Extra bonus this year, Trent (and his mom) were here on Sunday.
Something that usually doesn't happen on Memorial Day, we had a new calf. Good thing Jim was here as she need alittle help.
Jim has seemed to have lost his "mojo" for the kitchen remodel. Now that the weather is heating up as well as the humidity, maybe he will be looking for an nice cool inside job.
